At Infapower Wholesale Ltd, we aim to ensure that every order meets your expectations. However, if you need to return an item, our policy is designed to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Only items purchased directly from Infapower Wholesale Ltd are eligible for return.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • We cannot accept returns for customised, clearance, or special-order items unless they are faulty or damaged.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos showing the damage or defect.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is incomplete or incorrect:

  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will promptly resolve the issue by sending the missing or correct items.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@infapowerwholesale.com or visit PO Box 310,   Radlett,   WD7 0FJ with your order details.
  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Once approved, send the goods back to:

Please note: Returns sent without authorization may be rejected or delayed.

5. Refunds and Credits

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • If you are a trade customer, refunds may be issued as account credit for future orders.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), Infapower will cover all return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return postage.
